User account problem

Hi,
I am using XP Home Edition and everytime I open a program or application on my computer I get a box that says in the top left hand corner "Run As" and then below that it says "Which user account do you want to us to run this program"? Below that I have to uncheck a box that says "Protect my computer from unautorized program activity" and if I try to do the other option which is to put in a user name and password it will not accept it so I have to use the first option I mentioned. This happens everytime I try to open an program or application. I am the only person that uses this computer and I only have one account.
Can anyone tell me how to get rid of this annoying box that pops up every single time I click on something on my computer?

actually having the same problem on Windows XP Pro.

System is clean now, but had 3 viruses on it before (forgot what they were) and now I have this problem.

I can disable it my shutting down the "Secondary Logon" Service. This does NOT fix the problem, however. It just disables the normal RUN AS option when right clicking on programs.

Any ideas?
