How to dominate Internet Explorer 6?

Hello.
I am Windows XP SP2, Internet Explorer 6.
How can I temporary disable support for JAVA and Flash only, in Internet Explorer?
In Opera for example you can easily do that by click on a button.

In IE, go to Tools>Manage Addons. Click once on the addon you want to disable to select it and near the bottom of that window, check "Disable."
