Account Password Removal

I realize that, if you are the Computer Administrator, and someone else on your computer is as well, they can Remove your password, thereby free to delete your account. Is there any way I could stop another computer administrator from removing my password?

Short answer..NO, the only way around it is to make the other user , power user with elevated rights but not Administrator.
