Address list on Task Bar

Hi,
Does any kind soul know how to edit/delete the address list that pops-up on the task bar?
I have tried & tried, but nocando!

Right click on the taskbar, hover your mouse over "toolbars" & if there is a check in front of "address" just click on it & it will disappear.

thanks Dusty, but what I should have said was "how do I edit/delete the addresses that appear in the pop-up box?

Remove history in internet explorer address bar

Click on Start, then Run.
Type regedit in the box provided.
In Regedit navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Typed URLs
Then just delete all of the keys that list the URL's you no longer want to see.
