Am i hacked? Rooted?? (Windows XP Pro)

Hi i recently noticed an account on my computer i use this compter (Win XP PRO) for my webserver, mail server. The account is called "dD" and it was passworded, I deleted the account and formatted the computer, Then reinstalled Windows XP Pro, And my server softwares, Its been about 1-2 days now and i've now noticed an account called "dD" created, Idid'nt create, Could it be one of the server softwares i've installed??

Or am i hacked again???

I've been told i might also be "rooted" ???

Please help!

I've formatted and i was running Kaspersky Anti-Virus PRO version 5.0

At the time, when i checked the system the Anti-Virus was off, And i did'nt disable it.
