User Profiles in XP... help!!!

I run a small call center... and all my employees login using AGENT.

I have the AGENT profile HEAVILY locked down. You cannot even right click.

Here is my issue.

I have setup XP how I want it with my ADMIN login. For optimal performance and not visual, old style start menu... ect. ect. and all that good stuff. I even got my company logo on the background!

BUT when I login as AGENT all the default XP settings come back. the ugly start menu, ugly default background, and not how i want it.

is there a way to get the admin settings that i set up to go to the AGENT profile? or have the admin settings to go to ALL profiles who login?

something even close?
