accept incoming connections by dial up

I have too use "accept incoming connections" for my aplications that have web funcions too respond too my remote call. But under XP when this function is acctivated, modem will automaticli answer on the 2nd ring. Is it any way to change the number of ring, so if sombady do not answer on, for example 8 ring then the modem will answer.
