ibm webcam

Had to reinstall win98se, when I loaded the software again and pluged in the camera, I now get a message;
Video camera is not functioning properly
The supplied user buffer is not valid for the requested operation.
any suggestion

I have an IBM web cam but I lost the software is there anywhere where I can download it so I can use my camera
