blue background, trojans

hello, i have a problem, when i reboot my computer i get a message from my antivirus saying

trojan.winbz.dialer.ay
hijacker.spymd.l
maxDD.game

has been found and/or corrupted, and my background goes blue with a black box in the center saying "SPYWARE INFECTION" and i have a icon in my toolbar saying click her for windows to operate an adware remover. Also, whenever I CTRL,ALT,DEL, It says "Task Manager has been disabled by your administrator."
