I am using windows xp. I get this message every time I log onto the internet.I am using peoplepc.com as my service provider.Is the problem with microsoft, or my service provider? this is the message_"microsoft visual c++ runtime library.I can continue with whatever Iwant to do provided I don't click ok orthe exit button. If I do eather oneof those, I drop out my internet connecion.what should I do?

Also, does the message specify the program that is having a problem.

You may also want to check your msconfig (Start > Run, Type "MSCONFIG" [Without quotation marks]) and the Startup tab?
