Unhappy Desktop problems...

i have no idea what this problem is, but when i leave my computer on all night and wake up, the whole screen is just all weird and i cant clikck on anything or do anything. if i try ctrl alt del it just makes the error sound and nothing happens. sometimes there is a little box that says "Limited or No Resources" and has no options or anything, and i am forced to just shut down my computer.. anyone know what to do about this?

any help would be great, thanks.

Can you post your computer specs and explain what "just all weird" entails?

oh, sorry..

512 ddr ram
intel celeron processor 2.40 GHz
pro savage graphics card (which is crap, but that shouldnt be what causes the problem)

and by all weird, i mean its not froze, but the toolbar will be at the top of the desktop and when i try to click on stuff just a solid white box will appear and then i cant do anything after that cause everything i click on just makes the error noise and nothing happens.. this just started happening recently, and ive had the computer for 2 years so im not sure what the problem is. after i try clicking on stuff the screen will just be all white and flash in some spots, all the icons arnt there either..

the message i usually get when this happens just says "Not Enough Resources" and it wont go away, just forces me to restart my computer by pushing the power button which i dont want to do haha.. any help would be great, thanks
