Administrator Logon Troubles

Hi. Without realising, my friend bought an exbusiness laptop that still had user accounts attached. She has been signing in on an account that is not the administrator. She doesn't know the sign in details to get into the administrator account and therefore is restricted when using her laptop. Is there any way to fix this problem?

The easiest and probably the only good way is to reinstall the XP operating system if you have the disk.

No need to reinstall OS there are many programs that will reset admin password.

No need, but if there's nothing on it that is wanted, a clean install would be my choice.

If he/she does not have OS or Restore CD this means you can't reinstall well you can download OS off the web,but If you are on Dial-Up it will take some time
