"Hidden" Startup Items??

I know that about 5 apps are starting upon Windows startup that are not listed in my "Startup" menu area, andn I want to disable them... What's the manual command you type in "Run" to list every startup process? I know there IS one but can't remember what it is. I know in this same area you can manually set the Windows cache, etc.

Thanks!

Actually I never had any complaints about good ol' MSCONFIG... I just figured it would be called something different in XP.
