BIOS Default Password

I got old pc without forms or info on computer for CHEAP PRICE

problem is i want to go into BIOS but when i do it says type in password and bloke i got pc from said he's never been on BIOS before and didnt know password and its years old!!! doesn't have form's

its a packard bell computer and does anyone know what the default password to BIOS is??

There should be a jumper on the motherboard that you can remove that will disable the password. That's the easiest way I know of.

Of course you could always just remove the battery for 30 seconds and then replace it which will cause the CMOS to reset to the default factory settings or last update, and remove the password.

If you open the side of the case, somewhere on the motherboard is a small button battery about the size of a two pence piece, remove the battery and then near to that should be two pins with some text saying CLRTC (Clear Real Time Clock) Short these two pins and the BIOS Memory should have been cleared.
What is the computer model (Mobo CPU etc)
