Do you have any internet explorer add-ons? And what malware-removal software are you using?

The ads appear for me. If you want you can reset internet explorer's options. And the point in asking about malware-removers is that they might have an ad-blocking service.

go to tools ,internet options ,advanced tab make sure the show pictures option is checked .

Malware removers are virus-removers, adware removers, spyware removers, etc.

You could also check your HOSTS file in C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts (open this with notepad). And make sure it's empty.
