Webcam XP Pro Video problem

I am using AIM & Logitech Pro 4000. I have TrendMicro & standard MS firewalls (which I disable for our attempts). I have a wireless router & have opened video port on it. My son is in Japan. Last year it took us almost 6 months to get both audio & video working (worked only when he sent the invite though). He is on a MAC. Before he left this time we tested & it worked great. Now he's back in Japan. Everything looks ok, I accept or he accepts the invite to webcam but it keeps saying a firewall is blocking. What am I missing? My son, thats for sure!

Admitedly I've never tried AIM.
And I am making no assumptions; the following post is just to go through any possible problems.
-Do you have the latest AIM
-Does your son have the latest Apple iChat AV
-You (as in you, the Windows XP User) will need an updated component, to upgrade do the following:
1. First, completely sign out of AIM and any other programs running on your computer.
2. Dowload the file
3. Then open this program
4. Then Install the program
5. Then restart your computer
- Do you have the firewall to open ports 1024 and 5000 (everywhere possible, i.e. on the router [if you are using one] and both systems)

Thanks Mahdi, I did have the most recent AIM but uninstalled it because it was terrible so I went back to the AIM 95 version which at least works - my son has apples updated version & I have all updates for Windows XP Pro. The ports you are suggesting, I was hesitant to open so many & so I opened the one that is supposed to allow image transport but I will try your suggestion. Thanks
