DDR2 Memory

Hi,

I just bought a new computer and have an operating system on 2 partitions, C and E drive. I'm using Windows Xp Media Center 2005 SP2 on both. I have 512mb DDR2 and wanted to know how to set up a swap drive so the virtual memory could run off it seperately?

I use to have a swap drive on my old computer but that was only with C drive, but now having an OP on 2 drives, I wasn't sure if 1 swap would work for both.

Could you let me know if I can just make 1 swap partition for both drives and what size it should be?

Thanks in advance for any help given

I can understand XP on 1 and W98 on another.

Welll one drive is for me and the other is for my sister Everytime she uses my pc she buggers things up major, so I figure if I gave her her own drive she can do as she wishes as long as she leaves C drive alone lol

I don't know much about pc's and heard DDR2 is better than regular Ram. Is this right and is this why you don't understand why I want to do it? I thought having a swap partition always made a pc run quicker and better.

Thanks
