First Boot Problem

I just recently wrote a thread about how my monitor would not recognize my computer was on. I just found out that i had the wrong speed RAM in the motherboard. So i put another speed in and it started up. It first came to a screen that said all the components of the computer and what not. then it said to ckick F1 to save the configuration after i did that it restarted and came right back to the component screen and this time it said to press F1 to do the First Boot. When i press that button it goes to a blank screen with a blinking underscore in the top left corner and it jsut sits there for hours doing nothing but my computer keeps running. Any Suggestion??
