How to download Service Pack 2 for Japanese Windows XP and where

I've returned from Japan with a Sony Vaio Notebook. Unfortunately, the OS is Japanese version of Windows XP SP1. Since my Japanese is poor, please help me to (if possible):
1. change the display from Japanese to English without installing a fresh version of English OS (I tried once and it run well, however, all the function hotkeys became useless, therefore I had to turn it back to Japanese OS)
2. download the SP2 for Japanese Windows XP (not automatically online update) and download from where?

Following link will shows you how to use both languages in Windows XP but I don't think you could completely change it to English XP without reinstalling the OS:

In regards to Japanese Version Windows XP SP2, I have a copy that I could let you use (After all it is not illegal to share the Service Pack, I THINK) , anyways, It's about 470 Meg ISO Image, if you have and FTP account somewhere then send me the info via PM and I will upload it for you.

Thanks a lot. I did visit Greggman's site before and it was really useful. However, there is no way out for my problem with Japanese to English interface desire.
Snowmonkey, you are very kind to share the SP2 with me.
If you know how to change the interface of Windows XP without reinstalling the OS, from Japanese to English, plz let me know.
Or in case I have to reinstall the OS in English Version, is it possible to get the Fn keys run properly (because I used to install the OS in English, but all Fn keys did not run). I guess I have to sellect the Japanese keyboard layout to get the Fn keys.
Any support is hightly appreciated!
