Hi, me too have a missing Video Controller (VGA Compatible)
This laptop had Windows Vista on it, but since it was so slow i formatted it and installed Windows XP instead. I searched all the web for this Video driver but this laptop is hard to find...

Specs:

Intel Celeron-M 530 1.73GHz, 533MHz FSB, 1MB L2 Ca Processor
120GB Hard drive
1024MB RAM
Integrated Graphics supporting 256MB Graphics Controller
1.73 Processor Speed
With Windows XP SP3

I hope this helps.

That post was not your drivers, from what I can see you have a Belinea o.book 1. from Maxdata ( check the model on your notebook ) no individual drivers, but an ISO utility download, that has all the drivers on. One thing to note Maxdata have gone bankrupt on 26th June 2008.

this is graphic driver from Via http://www.viaarena.com/default.aspx...SubCatID =150

not too sure on audio but try the Via AC'97 http://www.viaarena.com/default.aspx...SubCatID =104

these drivers will only work if t your monitor and audio sockets are on the I/O plate - click image to focus

Set a System Restore Point before installing drivers just in case
Start / All Programs / Accessories / System Tools / System Restore / select Create a Restore point and follow instructions
