No sound, no multimedia audio controller

I no longer have sound and have been through the troubleshooter exercise without success
In system information there is a large yellow ? and a yellow ! at Multimedia
It says there is no Multimedia Audio Controller
There are also missing files listed that seem to be associated with the no sound problem
I cannot pinpoint a time that this happened
Restore has not fixed it. Please help.

i have no sound i tired the msi web site and it does not show me nothing .
