Hijacked Drive Letter

Ok, I have a 4 in one type internal media card reader installed in my system. The letter for the memery stick slot was drive G: After I installed a new DVD Burner windows assigned G: to it also. I had teh Memery Stick symbol representing my optical drive and it was denoted G: I went and changed that "Item" to drive Z but now I cannot figure out how to get my memory stick drive back inside "My Computer" I've tried hardware scanning and everything and, unfortunately, I cannot pick it out mannualy form all the USB storage and IO Media Bay Items liste din device manager. Does anyone know how I can fix this?
