Printing problems~remote downlevel documents
I am having a problem with my printer, or maybe my computer is to blame...My printer will print and print and print pages and pages and pages of chacters and numbers and things, it doesnt stop unless i turn off the printer and sometimes it still continues when the printer is turned back on. I go into the printer documents and it says remote downlevel document and it says pages n/a. I dont know how to fix this, if anyone does please help me.
