Sdaemon and cheese-burger two running processes ????

I am using Win Me I have found as a running process something called Sdaemon I do not know what it is could sopmeone tell me what it is.... It is in the windows folder .....when I try to delete it I get a message saying that I can not delete it because it is being used. When I do Alt Ctrl + Del and see th erunning processes and end task that one then go back to Windows folder and try to delete the Sdaemon file I still can not do it. Also, recentlly I have just discovered as another running process something called Cheese-Burger ....I also have no idea where it came from and it is also located in the windows folder. Thanks for any feedback on these two files. I have deleted the cheese burger one knowing that it wasn't needed by windows in any way. But, would like to know what that file might have been....

Sdaemon is part of windows so don't delete it! And

Cheese-Burger is something you get from McDonalds so wot's it doing on your PC ?
