Streaming Video online causes Internet Explorer to Error and close

When I try to stream video through iFilm.com or Ebaumsworld.com I receive an error window that says... "Internet Explorer (or firefox) has encountered a problem and needs to close." (this is this window with the "Send Error Report" button) I just reformatted my computer and downloaded WMP10. I have checked all of the Network proxy settings and they should be good. How do I set up WMP or my internet settings to stream video?

Am I missing something? Please help. Thanks!
