SparkLAN Wireless issues

I am running an IBM 300PL with XP and SP1, I have installed a new Wireless card the SparkLAN WL-360F (PCI wireless card), connecting to a netgear access point. I am getting very slow throughput to the Hub (I am also running a Laptop with wireless card and getting no issues). The desktop is running the latest driver from SparkLAN. I am also getting the workstation reboot on occasions, with error report being genrated.

Has anyone else evr had issues similar to this.
