Accessing Network Shares

Hi. A friend of mine reinstalled his XP yesterday. Since then, whenever anyone tries to access him computer with \\computername, it asks for a username and password and accepts only local usernames and passwords. How do I turn this option off, so that his shares can be accessed without any authentication whatsoever? Thanks.

Make sure you run the Network wizard first with proper network group name (same as other users)
