E-Trust Firewall Question

Hello Friends,

As recommended by some of you kind people, I went and purchased E-Trust Suite AV package. I installed it fine, but I happened to notice, that when I boot my computer now, my SBC dsl does not start up automatically like it did before the install. So I assume the firewall is blocking it. I went to their tech help and got some high-tech response but what they reccomended, I tried, well, lets say I attempted, but it did not work. So, I emailed them again, but no response yet.

Is their firewall protection any better than what comes with Windows XP Pro? If I remove their firewall will my dsl start automatically again?

Any help would be most appreciated friends. As this website has become a great learning tool for me, and I am sure others who have the desire to learn from the pro's!!!

Thank you

Morriah
