lost my xp welcome screen

i have had style xp on my computer for about 3 years and recently decided to delete it because i never used it anymore. after deleting it i lost my welcome/login background at start up. i tried a system restore and made sure "use welcome screen at logon" is selected in the way users logon in the control panel. this did not work and upon start up i get a black screen and logon box as if i had to use the ctrl+alt+del method.

so i was wondering if anyone had any idea how to get my normal logon screen back besides what i have already mentioned. this is just annoying soany help would be appreciated. thanks.

get the original logonui file..search it on google.
