load needed dll for kernel

hi,

i have an ei systems laptop which is about a year and a bit old, about a week ago i had downloaded a animation program to make simple cartoons and when i was using it a blue screen came up with something written on it like "deletin something or other, if this is the first time u see this message restart", so i turned off the computer, then back on,

a message came up saying it had something to do with systems32 or something then it froze,

now when i turn it on it comes up with the startup sayin SMART capable and status bad, press f1 to resume, but f1 does nothing, i then go into setup by pressin f2 then exit and a message comes up sayin "load needed dlls for kernel, please report the problem as this"

i then decided to put my recovery disk in, i tried all 3 options, inlcuding the total restore to factory settings, and it gets to either 69 or 70% through and restarts,

i cant reinstall xp because it is already on it, i dnt have a disk,

any help will be great, ive even tried threatenin it, that doesnt even work,
