My Program Wont Work
I've been using itunes on my computer for almost a year and half now and all of a sudden it stopped working...everytime i click on the icon a message comes up saying "iTunes has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." and then asks me if i want to send an error report. i looked on the itunes website for help but nothing they had there worked...i need help please!
