Windows Xp System Tools Problem

hi friends,

I am having windows xp as operating system in my computer now my problem is that when i am going to my start menu ,program files ,accesssories ,system tools and system information my system information is not opening .
What i have to do Please help me .

Are you logged in on an Admin Account??

It seems that your "Help and Support" service may be disabled.

Goto Start > Run and type "services.msc" in the box. (Without the quotes)

Click OK

Scroll down to the "Help and Support" service in the Services Manager that pops up.

Right click "Help and Support" and select "Properties"

Make sure the Startup Type is set to "Automatic" or "Manual"

Then make sure the "Service Status" is "Started".
