3Com AirConnect 3CRWE737A PCMCIA card problems

I have a notebook PC with Windows XP, Service Pack 1. When I insert my 3Com 3CRWE737A PCMCIA card, my system freezes. It works without Service Pack 1, but it came in the installer of my copy of Windows. I know it works without Service Pack 1 because I know someone who has just the same computer and network as I have. If you know what to do, reply or send an e-mail to funky_monkey_rocks@yahoo.com.
