Hi, Go to Control Panel/ User account/ "Change the way users log on or off"/ "Uncheck USE THE WELCOME SCREEN AND TAHT'S IT"

By the way you will ask some other questions about this for sure cos' you probably wanna go straight to windows or something else. Please shearch the forum before posting cos' this has been answered before and there is many posts about this. I have posted this before like 10 times. I saw a post by "Miz" like to days ago with full details about everything as well... Please search the forum before posting any question...

Hope this help

Keep in mind that the blue Welcome screen is just a graphic covering up what's going on "behind the scenes." The Welcome screen itself isn't doing anything...it's just something blue to look at while Windows loads everything.

What do you mean by uxtheme.dll?

If you patch that library all you will get is the Xp themes to be modified. Actually to add other themes and use them from within the Display Properties once you place them in the %Systemdrive%/Resourses/Theme folder. What were you trying to say with uxtheme.dll?? I don't get it
