Yahoo Messenger - server always busy when trying to use webcam

Hi all - this is driving me crazy so I am hoping someone has experienced the same and managed to resolve.

I am running XP. I have a Creative Labs webcam I want to use on Yahoo Messenger. First of all, before even opening Yahoo Messenger, I have to disable Norton Internet Security. I can then use Messenger for text but if I try to open my webcam (which works fine outside of Messenger) I get the "server busy please try later message". Always. I also get the same if invited to view a contact's cam too.

Any ideas on how to sort this out would be very welcome!
