System has recovered from serious error

I have received the following message 3 times today alone, while just browsing, or doing nothing exceptional, after the computer has automatically shut down by it's self and restarted.

The system has recovered from a serious error

There is either a program or driver that was installed in your system and is causing this error. you probably didn't install anything yourself but the system could probably install an update or something else which is causing the computer to unespectly shutdowns. You can fix this either doing a system restore to an earlier time or uninstalling any software or driver lately installed.

Firewalls combo, Antihacker progs and norton antivirus could be the main reasons...

Hope this help
