winhlp32.exe error

I keep getting a window popping up that says: The winhlp32.exe binary in the windows directory is corrupt, please reinstall. Does anyone have a solution for me other than reinstalling windows?

From my experience Dusty any system, kernal, dll 32 errors were usally fatal. But I noticed a fix in the MS site for an idle cpu and winhlp32 error. Dont know if it fits your problem but check it out.
