Useing the Search option to remove or delete files?

I was able to remove QuickTime from the Search option and all its files, but can't remove ICQLite folder every time i try to remove it, it says access is denied. I have been trying to remove ICQ, even in safe mode and tells me the same thing. Any suggestions or advice?
I checked in regular mode and safe mode, theirs nothing for ICQLite running. Its a program file and all that's in it is ICQLite Shell.dll . Why is it giving me a access denied and how do i delete it?

Might sound silly, but reinstall ICQ, and then uninstall it, all should then be OK.
Weird how it won't allow you to uninstall it in safe mode?

As I said, reinstall ICQ so it over writes the original installation and it should then allow you to remove it.
