I have recently got a new PC with windows XP professional. I have created a few accounrts for different users who have access to the PC However, I (as the administrator) am the only one who can access the internet (BT Broadband). When logged in as a "guest" or "limited account" you cannot access the internet, even though the internet icon is present on the desktop.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software but it has made no difference. No options are given as to user accesses.
A guest/limited account does not have the authority to install the broadband software, but says you can if you know an administrator name/password. I tried this but the install fails

Someone told me I need to install the internet software whilst no accounts are created. However, I cant delete myself without first reallocating adminstrator status to someone else, therefore an account must always be present
.
I need to have multiple user accounts due to security and privacy.
Please, please, if anyone can help I would be very gratefull. I am new to computers and my experience is extremely limited
