Need help badly! "Run" command issue, task manager, regedit issue

Ok. First of all, I can't use Task Manager and I get the following message:
"Task Manager has been disabled by your administrator."

Second of all, I can't use Regedit and I get the following message:
"Registry editing has been disabled by your administrator."

THIRD of all, I can't even use the "run" command, and I get the following message:
"This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator."

Please help! I really need to get this solved badly.

What type of user account are you logged in to? If it's a 'limited account' you won't be able to do any of those things.

I'm still looking for the registry one, i aint had any luck yet, but ill keep looking.

Yes, I'm logged on to the Administrator account. In fact, it's only my computer, so that's the only account.
