Open Everest - expand Computer - select Summary - select Report - Quick Report - HTML . The report opens, using mouse hold the left button and starting at all above Debug-PCI - highlight all the text - when highlighted right lick mouse - select Copy.

With the Everest report. it's the hardware section. particularly the motherboard, this is mine and what I need

Check that realtek is the default audio

Check Control Panel/ Sound & Audio Devices/ Audio tab/ Sound Playback click on
down arrow and check that the correct audio is selected. Typically the problem will be something “modem line 0 playback” has been substituted for the correct audio device.

You need to check if audio is enabled in the BIOS. It's Award BIOS and they can vary.
