please help I can't find driver I need for sound

got this far

I went to that site and I downloaded it now I have a Question mark with Code 28 and I also have exclamation mark with Code 1

I really appreciate your help

right click on the yellows and uninstall drivers you see there,then restart the pc.

can't find software

I restarted the computer says found new hardware but the wizard can't find the necessary software still code 1

when its open under general download select the following.

first box select motherboard.
second select socket 370
third one select cusl2-c
then click search
then choose your operating system Windows XP
Now go to audio and download the second download.

still trouble

Hi

I really appreciate you trying to help here . I followed your direction which was explained step by step (and I appreciated that too!!) when alll was said and done it is now saying Driver not found please reboot and try again which I have tried and still saying the same thing?

hi,i was wondering if you had sound before you had xp3 pack,if so uninstall xp3 from add remove progs in control panel and see what happens,you can always put xp3 back on. besides this,check this out.

Perhaps,you need to go back to the same download site to 'utilities' and
install -->Intel(R) Chipset Software Installation Utility V5.02.1003.

Sorry, I forgot to mention that.It should be installed first.
