First try Panda free online virus scan,

Then get these 2 spyware scans
Ad-Aware SE

SpyBot
http://www.safer-networking.org/en/index.html
if you do not have antivirus get AVG7
http://free.grisoft.com/doc/2/lng/us/tpl/v5
update immediatley, try to run them in Safe mode ( press F8 at startup) then reove all they find.
if these files are still there look at this in how to delete an Undeletable file
