"Can't delete xxx" used by other program?

Hi:

I have some files in my C:/Windows/System32 folder that I am not able to delete. They are a bunch of virus files. If I try to delete them I get a message saying that "Can't delete Files used by other program or person". How should I delete them?

First try Panda free online virus scan, http://www.pandasoftware.com/product...ACHEHINT=Guest

Then get these 2 spyware scans
Ad-Aware SE http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware/
SpyBot http://www.safer-networking.org/en/index.html

if you do not have antivirus get AVG7 http://free.grisoft.com/doc/2/lng/us/tpl/v5
update immediatley, try to run them in Safe mode ( press F8 at startup) then reove all they find.
