Windows Picture and Fax Viewer xpladv 501(1) Can not dump this bug/virus HELP!!!

this thing flies in and FREEZES EVERYTHING, also it is somehow connected through a toolbar that I swear is all in Chinese (no joke) that I of course DID NOT download, but this toolbar does NOT show in my programs list to delete it, and not knowing Chinese OR, any ability to type Chinese characters I can not get a translation of whats on the toolbar, to maybe delete it, PLEASE HELP FAST!!! Thanks.

Suggest you do a scan for spyware / virus if you havent all ready.
