Win32 as encountered an error!

Alright, as I was going to go in to more detail about this problem; however, the damn thing popped up as I was writing this and forced me to shut my computer down...so i'm going to try and skip to the point as best as I can.

I havn't installed anything lately that would trigger this problem I don't think, but i'm not all that computer savvy so you never know.

Basically I tried everything from online scans to searching for a solution on google. I tried practically all links here and tried all suggestions ( http://www.google.ca/search?hl=en&q=...+error&meta = ) but no luck.

Like for example unplugging HP scanners/printers. Thing is, I havn't had my printer hooked up to my PC in wel over a year. My PC is an HP but my printer is not.

Other suggestions was downloading some hotfix on the microsoft page...tried that and no luck.

It pops up only when i'm online and it usually comes up when i'm on IE/Mozilla (tried using both and still got the error) so I doubt it's my browser...but you never know.

Here's the error when I hit more info -> more info:

As you can see it directs me to those 2 files. I have no idea exactly what that means so I have no idea how to identify what is causing this. Sorry I can't go too much in detail but if I don't type this fast i'll probably recieve it again. Besides, I have no idea what the problem is so it wouldn't be much help anyways. When it pops up again i'll be sure to try and give more info about it if needed. Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks.

PS: I was searching through the google links and I noticed someone mentioned this:

szAppName : svchost.exe
szAppVer : 5.1.2600.0
szModName : ntdll.dll
szModVer : 5.1.2600.1217
offset : 0000b2ab

If I do click more info it gives me information like this; although, mines different and the azApp is "unknown". (and of course the offset, modname ect.. is different) Next time it pops up i'll be sure to take a screenshot of it or at least copy what it says down.

Ah luckily after I posted this it popped up.

It gives NO info though. Simply says:

szAppName :
szAppVer :
szModName : Unknown
szModVer :
offset : 00000000

I know there are others threads regarding this issue, i'll check them all out again but I don't know if it will resolve the problem. I got nothing to lose I suppose. ANy suggestions though are appreciated of course, I want to fix this problem as quickly as possible since it basically won't let me do anything longer than 15 minutes.

Alright, i'm not suprised no one knows how to solve this problem as i've googled it several times and NO one has any idea; however, I do have a question or two to ask so I hope someone can help me on this one.

I noticed everytime I get that error the folder varies. For example instead of being WER3.TMP.DIR it might be WERA.TMP.DIR or some random value. Basically here is what I want to know:

1. Does anyone know of a TEMP cleaner or something that will fix corrupted files? I doubt that is the problem but right now i'm bound to try anything as I cannot reformat my computer this moment. I don't need an AV just something that will check for errors like these

2. If I were to delete all these folders, would these cause more errors than they fix? I heard you absolutely should not delete files from the TEMP folder so i'm not sure what I should do. Thing is I get that error saying those files have errors yet I check the folder they are supposely located in and the folder is empty...

Thanks for the help (assuming someone replies =[ )

Do a virus check. 90 out 100 such type of cases arise due to virus.
