Universal Serial Bus (USB) controller and multimedia audio controller problems.

I recently reinstalled windows xp proffesional on my desktop and in the device manager it shows a yellow icon infront of Universal Serial Bus (USB) controller and Multimedia Audio Controller.

Basically my usb and sound arnt working, and it says i need to install new drivers. When i go to install new drivers, it says none are found.

EDIT:so i got some sound drivers, but its WAVE! my speakers arn't being detected and i still have no sound.


my belarc says it doesnt detect any multimedia connected.

Also where can I find the make and model number of my computer? on belarc?
