error loading operating system

Hi....I have a older pc, it just for games..ect. I cleaned my c drive to free up space and once I rebooted it , it no longer will load. I get the black screen with a error message......."error loading operting system" I cannot access anything. Im running Xp pro....but have no disc as the software came preloaded. F8 does not work! At times it says sticky keys.....can someone help me please

I went into system tools, disk clean up.....

also if I reboot the pc ......I get a red box saying input is missing. I should also mention that I am running a Dell optiplex gxa. I know its a older pc, but like I said it just used for gaming. I have no internet connected. But I do have another pc to access info. I have also downloaded a XP pro os..........but the cd drive is not responding.
