Whenever two of the users on my computer log off, the screen goes black and freezes. It happens everytime they log off and i can't figure out why. It's never happened to my when i've logged off. I checked the event viewer to see if i could figure out why it was doing this. There were a few events but i'm not sure which one is from that and what to do when i figure out which one it is. i thought maybe this one:
--"Windows cannot unload your classes registry file - it is still in use by other applications or services. The file will be unloaded when it is no longer in use."
there was also this one:
--"Windows saved user **\HP_Administrator registry while an application or service was still using the registry during log off. The memory used by the user's registry has not been freed. The registry will be unloaded when it is no longer in use.
This is often caused by services running as a user account, try configuring the services to run in either the LocalService or NetworkService account."
Does anyone know what this means and what i can do to fix it? help would be greatly appreciated

thanks all
