That's a desktop right ? If you can please remove the side panel of the the computer and remove the the sound card, network card and just leave the video card in there (if it is not an integrated video card)....and make sure everything is seated properly...IDE cables and power cable...also make sure no printer scanner is connected to the PC....I suspect that the problem is caused by the power supply, let us know.
