Multimedia Audio Controller Problems! NEED HELP!

im not getting any sound out of my speakers
i looked under device manager and the multimedia audio controller has a yellow Exclaimation mark by it
the drivers came uninstalled somehow and theyre not on my computor
some of my info is:

EMACHINES T4010
System Serial Number: XDF55 100 07741

and its got Windows XP Home Edition Service Pack 2 (build 2600)

i would appreciate any help
